Pillowtop Hammock - Sunbrella Regency Sand

The Hatteras Hammocks® Regency Sand Pillowtop Hammock is two layers of solution-dyed DuraCord® or Sunbrella® synthetic fabric lockstitched over a 1-inch-thick center of plush, resilient, nonabsorbent polyester fiberfill batting. Long-lasting Sunbrella® and DuraCord® fabrics are remarkably colorfast, rot- and mildew-resistant, fast-drying, and soft as cotton. The bottom layer of this Regency Sand Pillowtop Hammock is a solid neutral color, and this fabric bed is framed by two thick spreader bars made from unfinished South American cumaru, also commonly known as Brazilian teak. Resistant to decay and extremely stiff and hard, cumaru has excellent durability and weathering properties and naturally ages to a stately silver-gray.



Chains and hanging hardware are handsome, rust-resistant zinc-plated steel. 



The ropes attaching the hanging hardware to the hammock bed are also DuraCord® with strength that exceeds the U.S. military’s exacting specifications for strength.
